On May 27, 2012 at approximately 11:50 pm the Winhall Police stopped Ashley Thomson, 29 years old of Manchester for speeding on Vermont Route 11/30. Thomson showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Thomson provided an evidentiary breath sample of .156%. Thomson was cited to appear in Bennington Superior Court, Criminal Division on June 18 to answer to the charge of DUI # 2.
