On Thursday May 31, 2012 at approximately 0730 hours, a seventh grade female student was walking west on East Fifth Street in the area of Morgan Avenue. The student said she was approached by an older model white four door vehicle with several dents on the doors. Student said the vehicle was being operated by a black male in his early 20's wearing a blue shirt and black sunglasses. Student said the male yelled out to her in a deep voice "Hey you get in the car". Student said she picked up her cell phone and started walking faster and the vehicle drove off.
