Local Police are currently searching for a murder suspect in the neighborhoods adjacent to the college. This is situation has been ongoing since early this morning. As a precaution, we are locking down the buildings on campus.
The suspect is Dequan Mangram.
He is a black male, 17 years of age, 5 foot 10 inches tall and 148lbs.
He has dread locks and maybe wearing a stocking cap. He was last seen running from police in the Magnolia Park Area near Brunswick High School at about 4am, he was wearing dark pants, a dark tank top, and a camouflage jacket.
He should be considered armed and dangerous.
