The Thurmont Police Department provides copies of police reports to requesting parties in accordance with the Public Information Act. A $2.00 administrative fee is charged prior to release of any report copies. Payment for report copy fees can be remitted as follows:
-Checks made payable to the Commissioners of Thurmont can be delivered to the Police Department directly.
-Cash must be remitted to the Thurmont Town Office. A receipt will then be provided to deliver as proof of payment to Police Department personnel.
