On Thursday June 14, 2012 at approximately 1130 hrs., OFC Testa observed an operator of an SUV not restrained by a seatbelt. OFC Testa also recognized the operator as Jason Windsor and conducted a MVA License Check of Mr. Windsor. OFC Testa was informed via his Mobile Data Computer that Mr. Windsor’s driving privilege was suspended and that he was wanted by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office. OFC Testa conducted a traffic stop and confirmed the operator as: Jason G. Windsor, age 29, of Thurmont. Mr. Windsor was placed under arrest and searched. During the search of Mr. Windsor’s person, OFC Testa located a small container of suspected Crack/Cocaine. Mr. Windsor was transported to Central Booking and charged with: Driving on Revoked License; Driving on Suspended License; Operator Not Restrained by Seatbelt; Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances of Schedule II, Cocaine. Mr. Windsor posted his own bond and was released.
