Two Hit-and-Run Vehicles fatally struck a 66-year-old pedestrian at 41st Pl and Central Avenue
On June 17, 2012, at approximately 0150 hours, a 66-year-old man was crossing Central Avenue south of 4st Place. A silver Pontiac Grand AM with chrome rims that was traveling northbound Central Avenue struck the victim causing him to fall to the pavement. At approximately 3 minutes later the victim was run over by a green Suburban with tinted windows and possible chrome rims. The Suburban was also traveling northbound Central Avenue. The victim was dragged under the Suburban for approximately 200 feet. The driver of the Suburban was described as a male Hispanic in his 20’s with glasses and spiky hair.
