* WIND: 25 MPH WIND GUSTS ARE LIKELY.
* HUMIDITY: 8 TO 13 PERCENT.
* IMPACTS: EXPLOSIVE FIRE GROWTH AND RAPID RATES OF SPREAD ARE LIKELY.
