It is that time again when we are all trying to enjoy outside activities, but please keep in mind that it is also a time when thieves will target unsuspecting persons. Whether it is at our local parks, sports events or community recreation center, don’t allow you or your loved ones to become victims. Unfortunately our Des Peres Lodge and Parks are no exception to these instances. Recently we had a couple of thefts where items were left unattended and unsecured. A good way to avoid this is to take only the items you need and secure them once you get to your final destination. The Des Peres Department of Public Safety is asking that you please secure all valuables before leaving them unattended no matter where you are.
