The City of Grapevine has received official confirmation from the Tarrant County Health Department’s West Nile Virus Monitoring Division that mosquitoes carrying the West Nile Virus have been detected in Grapevine. The locations are in both the north and south sectors of the city. This comes after several months of collecting mosquitoes for testing and proactively addressing the breeding grounds for mosquitoes throughout the city. This is a non-human case.
