A Ban on all open burning continues in the Ingham County area 
Local Fire Chiefs would like to remind residents that dry conditions still exist and that a ban on all open burning, originally issued on June 28, is still in effect.
Community residents are reminded to use special care when using fireworks. Conditions are such that errant fireworks displays will start unwanted fires.
