NORTHERN DISTRICT
HANDGUN VIOLATION LINTHICUM
On July 7, 2012, at approximately 12:10 a.m., Detectives from the Northern District P.A.C.T. Unit were conducting surveillance at the Motel 6 located in the 5100 block of Raynor Avenue in Linthicum.
The surveillance was in reference to numerous complaints of possible drug and prostitution activity at the motel. While conducting surveillance, detectives observed suspicious activity occurring in the parking lot. When detectives approached the individuals involved in the activity, one suspect fled the area on foot and a foot pursuit ensued. Detectives observed the suspect discard a handgun from his waistband. The suspect was subsequently arrested and charged accordingly. The loaded handgun was recovered.
Suspect: Deandre R. Hill, 31, of 2905 Lakebrook Circle Apt 103, Baltimore, Md. The suspect was charged with several handgun violations and related charges
