The Lubbock Police Department is currently involved in a police activity in the 4600 block of 21st St, at an apparent homicide scene.
Please avoid this area for the next several hours.
At around 1:50 this afternoon, LPD received a call to assist in checking a residence (4603 21st St.). While enroute, landscapers at the house found a broken window, and eventually found a shooting victim in the residence. The investigation is on-going at this time.
