Warsaw Police were involved in a drug investigation that culminated in the arrest of two persons Friday, July 13th. Information had been received of subjects selling pills, particularly their own personal medications, for profit. Two Warsaw residents, Edward Conley- age 74 and Holly Neher, age 33, were arrested after selling prescription medication to undercover officers in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. The prescription drug, Oxycontin, was sold and officers immediately arrested Conley and Neher. They were both booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Friday afternoon on charges of Dealing in and Possession of a Controlled Substances, class A felonies. The charges were enhanced due to the drug sale occurring within a thousand feet of a city park.
A 11 year old juvenile was also in the vehicle and was later released to relatives. The vehicle and currency used in the transactions were seized in the arrest. Officers were assisted by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s office.
