No outside water use in town water districts by order of the Town Board 
By order of the Town Board of the Town of Chester on July 11, 2012, there is no outside water use permitted in any of the town water districts until further notice. Notices have been posted in each district. Penalties for offenses include termination water supply service to the customer.
