Fulton County Commissioners declare the Burn Ban Declaration is hereby Terminated Effective at 1200 todays date.
TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION
FULTON COUNTY, INDIANA
July 25, 2012
WHEREAS, Fulton County, Indiana was under a county wide burn ban due to drought conditions, and;
WHEREAS, as of the 25th day of July, 2012 at 1200 hours we find that Fulton County has received a significant amount of rain over the last several days and is no longer at risk of severe widespread fire hazard caused by these conditions;
NOW THEREFORE, we, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, declare that the burn ban declaration is hereby terminated.
IN WITNESS, WHERE OF, we have hereunto set our hand this 25th day of July, 2012.
The Fulton County Commissioners would like to remind everyone that EXTREME CAUTION is still needed when doing any type of open burning.
Never leave a fire unattended. Make sure that you are aware of weather conditions and don't burn during windy days.
