SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 3 INCHES OF
RAINFALL HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA OVER THE PAST
SEVERAL HOURS. RAIN SHOULD CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA INTO THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
