On July 21, 2012, at 1:50 a.m. at the Vault Night Club, located at Hill Street and 8th Street in downtown Los Angeles a felony hit and run driver described as a male Hispanic driving a 2000 Honda Accord gold in color struck victim and fled without rendering aid. The victim suffered a fractured ankle. The suspect possible goes by the name of Romeo Vargas, 20-25 years-of-age, possible living in the Canoga Park area.
