* TIMING...LOW HUMIDITY...STRONG WINDS...AND WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING AND PERSIST INTO THE EVENING.
* THUNDERSTORMS...WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE LIGHTNING AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS OF UP TO 50 MPH.
* HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT.
* SUSTAINED WINDS...10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH.
