Both lanes of 7300 4th will be closed tomorrow morning at 8 AM for accident investigation. Traffic will be diverted. 
At 8 Am on the morning of Tuesday, July 31, Investigatiors from the LPD Accident Investigation Unit will be working in the 7300 block of 4th St near 4th and Upland. Eastbound and westbound lanes of 4th will both be closed and traffic will be diverted. Drivers should use alternate routes to avoid delays.
