HIGHWAY 192 EXPECTED TO RE-OPEN TOMORROW EVENING AFTER REPAIRS TO LARGE SINKHOLE 
The following information provided in a press release from Caltrans:
SANTA BARBARA - A large, 3-foot diameter sinkhole that shut down Highway 192 at Westmont Road on July 25 is tentatively scheduled to open on Friday evening, Aug. 10 by 8 pm.
John Madonna Construction of San Luis Obispo was the prime contractor under an emergency contract to replace a failed drainage culvert and rebuild this section of roadway.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
