The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Alfonso Hernandez has been classified as a Level 3 Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated”, “Habitual” or Level 1, 2 or 3 moves into a residence, the Enid Police Department notifies the citizens of that neighborhood.

Acts with a Child Under 14 on June 19, 1990 in Salinas, Monterey County, California. Alfonso Hernandez is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
Alfonso Hernandez is a Hispanic male, Date of Birth April 25, 1965. He is 5’8” and 170 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He is currently residing at 716 N. 11th St, Enid, Oklahoma, but will be required to move.
