From 08/19-08/29/2012 77th Street experienced a significant increase in burglaries in the area encompassed by Slauson to Florence and Western to Vermont. During that 10-day period there were 20 homes broken into. Please be aware of who is in your neighborhood. Look out for your neighbors while they are away and ask them to look out for you while you are away. Report any suspicious activity to the LAPD! For burglary prevention tips, find us on Facebook.
