Reminder that school starts tomorrow, Sept. 5th in the EA area. Please mind the Crossing Guards and school buses when they picking up and dropping off kids. Passing a school bus with its red lights on is a 5 point violation. Plan for a slower commute with the increased traffic. Remember the speed limit is 20 mph on Main St. in front of the Middle School during the AM & PM commute, 15 mph in front of Parkdale School on Girard Ave. and 35 mph in front of the high school/Ormsby Center on Center St. Most importantly watch for kids crossing and anticipate their movement.
