NORTHERN DISTRICT
ARMED ROBBERY (CITIZEN) GLEN BURNIE
On September 9, 2012, at approximately 11:44 p.m., officers from the Northern District responded to the area of Norfolk Road and Oakley Road in Glen Burnie for a report of an armed robbery of a citizen.
Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the 30-year-old male victim, who relayed that he was walking on Norfolk Road and was approached by a male suspect, who asked for a cigarette. The suspect then brandished a handgun and demanded that the victim empty his pockets. The suspect subsequently took some of the victim’s property and fled on foot. A thorough search of the area was conducted by responding officers and K-9, but the suspect was unable to be located.
Suspect: Black male in his mid 20’s, approximately 6’2”, 250 pounds with black, shoulder length dreadlocks, wearing a gray and blue, v-neck t-shirt with stripes along with dark jeans
