On 09-06-2012, the Nash County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division received information that a black male nicknamed "BLACK" was going to be traveling to the Shell Station at Highway 301 and Harbor West Road. "BLACK" was supposed to be in possession of Marijuana. Surveillance was conducted on the Shell Station. A short time later, a gold in color Chrysler Sebring arrived at the Shell Station. It was determined that the black male driver was D-BLACK which is DOMINICK MOORE. Members of the Nash County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division and members of the Rocky Mount Police Department Gang Unit approached the vehicle. DOMINICK MOORE was detained and 27.5 grams of Marijuana was located in MOORES' left sock. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a glass jar containing thirteen (13) individual baggies of Marijuana was located along with a partially smoked Marijuana joint in the center console area. A pill bottle was located in the trunk area that contained glass smoking pipes. DOMINICK MOORE was identified as a member of the Five Deuce Hoover's which is a gang in the Rocky Mount area. DOMINICK MOORE was placed into the Nash County Jail under a $10,000.00 secured bond and had a first appearance on 09-07-2012.
