The Lubbock Police Department will be conducting a full SWAT and Negotiator training event on Wednesday, September 12th. The event is designed to simulate an actual situation in which LPD SWAT, Negotiators, Command and Patrol elements would be needed.
The event will take place at a Lubbock area United store beginning in the evening and is scheduled to last several hours.
This is only a training.
