Hit and Run Traffic Collision on Reseda Boulevard and Mayall Street. 
On Sunday, September 9, 2012, at approximately 7:20 PM, a Hit and Run Traffic Collision, Vehicle vs. Pedestrian occurred in the city of Northridge. A black sports utility vehicle (SUV) was traveling eastbound on Mayall Street, negotiating a left turn onto northbound Reseda Boulevard, when it collided with a pedestrian crossing Reseda Boulevard westbound in the north marked crosswalk. The pedestrian was seriously injured as a result of the collision. The hit and run driver failed to stop and render aid. The pedestrian is Magali Morales, a 23 year old resident of Northridge.
The Hit and Run vehicle is described as a 1998-2008, shiny black SUV (possible Landrover) with a black spare tire cover on the back with a white lion printed on it, tinted windows, after market rims, and a broken right tail light. The vehicle may have sustained front-end damage from the collision. We are seeking the Hit and Run vehicle and its driver.
