OPEN CONTAINER VIOLATION LEADS TO FELONY DRUG VIOLATION IN LAKE LURE
09/22/2012 Corporal Scott Haynes and Officer Tyler Green conducted a vehicle stop where they were given consent to search the vehicle. Upon searching, Corporal Haynes and Officer Greene found 11 grams of Marijuana, 4 grams of other controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
The driver, NATHAN WILLIAM PEPPER, DOB 05/22/1989 of Tallahassee Florida, was cited for Possession of an Open Container and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Simple Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Mr. Pepper was taken to Rutherford County Detention Center where he is being held on a $15,000 secured bond.
