Supply Drive for Grace of God Men's Shelter, Gail’s House and Yokefellow

October 1, 2012 to December 20, 2012 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Lake Lure Police Department will be taking donations to help with supplies for those who help provide shelter for Rutherford County. Grace of God Men's Shelter and Gail’s House for Women as well as Yokefellow will benefit from a drive at the police department during this fall and winter season. Needs are listed below. You may come by the Police Department during office hours to drop off your donations.
The men's shelter needs: Dining items such as take out containers, plastic spoons/forks, cups. Paper towels, dish towels, bath towels and wash cloths. Canned food and non-perishable food.
The women’s shelter needs: Women’s personal hygiene items (tampons, pads, shampoo, soap, bath towels and wash cloths,), dish towels. Canned food and non-perishable food.
Yokefellow supplies both homes above with their clothing needs. Winter Coats are needed as well as knit hats.
