Northridge: The family of Maximino “Max” Hernandez and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking the public’s help in locating him after he walked away from an adult day care center.
Max is a 85 year old Hispanic male, bald with a grey moustache. He is 5 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown Fedora hat, a grey button down shirt, dark pants, and eye glasses. Max suffers from Dementia, and needs medicine for diabetes. Max has been known to ride public transportation and will use the bus. Max speaks Spanish and understands English, knows his name but does not know his address or phone number.
