ROAD CLOSING/RESTRICTION: Detroit Street at Winona Avenue Thu 10/4 - Fri 10/5 
Beginning tomorrow, Thursday October 4, 2012 through Friday October 5, 2012, Detroit Street (SR15) near the Winona Avenue (SR25) intersection will be reduced to only one northbound and one southbound lane. Traffic will not be able to go east on Winona Avenue from this intersection. Winona Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between Detroit Street and Park Avenue. Businesses on Winona Avenue will have access. The detour for Winona Avenue east of Detroit Street (SR15) will be signed and will utilize Pope Street, Smith Street, and Park Avenue. It is anticipated that the road will be reopened on Friday morning, weather dependent. H&G Underground, a contractor for Indiana American Water will be milling and replacing the asphalt patch in that area.
