NOTICE TO ALL BLANCHARD SCHOOL PARENTS: All entrances leading to the rear of the police & fire stations are posted “Authorized vehicles only.” These areas are now accessible only to department vehicles and those of employees of the police and fire departments. We have taken this action for the following reasons: safety & security of the public safety facilities, previous issues with parked vehicles blocking emergency apparatus, and our concern that a pedestrian may be struck by an emergency vehicle responding to a call. We request your cooperation with this new policy. Violations could result in parking tickets and/or towing of unauthorized vehicles. Thank you.
