Sgt. Dustin Albright arrested Nicholas Todd Mingus, age 20, of Enid, Oklahoma yesterday after he attempted to meet a person he believed to be a 14 year old female for sex.
The arrest was the result of an undercover online investigation that started Thursday morning. Mingus engaged in an online explicit and sexual conversation with a subject that he believed to be a 14 year old female. Mingus was subsequently arrested at 900 Harvest Dr.
Mingus was charged with Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communicating with a Minor by use of Technology. He is being held at the Garfield County Detention Facility.
