Sheriff: I-65 CLOSED Northbound at Whiteland Road due to a fatal crash investigation. Avoid the area. Use US-31 or Hurricane Rd. 
Sheriff Doug Cox wants you to be aware that Interstate 65 is CLOSED to all traffic until further notice on north-bound I-65 at the Whiteland Road Exit (95 Mile Marker) due to a fatal crash investigation at the 96.6 Mile Marker.
Law Enforcement on the scene are investigating a fatal crash involving a utility-type service vehicle occurred overnight.
This road closure WILL affect rush hour traffic for I-65 NB traffic and consequently will create crowded conditions on US-31 as well. Please travel patiently this morning so you arrive to work safely.
