Sigalert UPDATE #2
Date/Time: Wednesday, October 17 @ 9:40 am
Location: Both directions of Hwy. 154 have re-opened but COUNTY ROADS in the area including Painted Cave REMAIN CLOSED just north of Santa Barbara in the San Marcos Pass area.
Description of Incident:
The closure is due to a wildfire that broke out just before 8 am this morning. No Estimated Time of Opening (ETO) at this time. Motorists are advised to use U.S. Hwy. 101 as an alternate route in and out of Santa Barbara.
