It is illegal to block driveways marked by signs stating such as can tie up traffic. EAPD observing for law violators 
Keep in mind that it is illegal to block a driveway where a "Do Not Block Drive" traffic sign is placed. Blocking the driveway tends to tie up traffic, particularly to vehicles attempting to make a left turn or waiting at a traffic light. EAPD will be observing for violators and enforcing the section.
