Shawn Richard Lituski arrested for escape 
On 10/22/12 @ approximately 2:30pm, members of the Caroline County Drug Task Force, Caroline County Sheriff’s Office and Caroline County Detention Center were able to locate and apprehend Shawn Richard Lituski at a residence in the Henderson, Maryland area.
Lituski was wanted after failing to return to the Detention Center on 10/09/12 after being granted a temporary release from commitment by the Caroline County Circuit Court to attend a family member’s funeral. Lituski was serving an 18 month sentence for Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS. Lituski was ordered held in the Detention Center without bond.
Lituski was arrested at the home of his girlfriend, Charity Nicole Britt (white female, 21 y/o). Britt was arrested and charged with Harboring a Felon/Fugitive, Harboring a Prison Escapee, Obstructing and Hindering and Possession of Drugs. She was ordered held at the Caroline County Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bond.
