The road crew has asked that all residents refrain from raking any additional leaves into the streets and/or gutters until after Hurricane Sandy has passed. While the storm's path could change, it is anticipated to hit our area on Monday night or Tuesday morning. Piling leaves up on the streets or in the gutters over the weekend could lead to drainage problems. It could also create some hazardous situations, as wet leaves can be very slick.
