In anticipation of Hurricane Sandy, the North Castle Highway Department is requesting all residents NOT to put leaves or debris on or near the curb line. Any Debris placed in or on the curb line could compromise and/or impede drainage resulting in possible flooding situations on the roadways during the storm period. Thank You.
