THIS POWERFUL STORM WILL LIKELY HAVE ITS GREATEST IMPACTS ON
CENTRAL NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA FROM LATER MONDAY
THROUGH TUESDAY. HIGH WINDS WILL DOWN TREES AND POWER
