Town of Chester State of Emergency as of 6PM today

Town Supervisor Neuhaus has declared a State of Emergency for the Town of Chester effective 6PM today. Non-essential travel should be curbed, town property is closed including municipal buildings and parks, and residents should remain at home and indoors during the current inclement weather. Residents can call 211 for information and should use 911 only to report emergencies. Emergency shelters are available for those needing to evacuate their homes. Call 211 or 469-7000 ext 315 for more information.
