The Borough of Elmwood Park is in a state of emergency and travel is prohibited. There is a curfew in place. There are a multitude of trees and utility poles down in the roadways with entangled wires and are posing a serious danger to all parties that are outside.
An advisement when travel can commence will be announced when deemed necessary as per Emergency Management Coordinator Scott Karcz
