Extra patrols will be detailed on Halloween tomorrow to help ensure the safety of trick or treaters. If any suspicious, disorderly or potential criminal conduct is observed call 9-1-1. Be sure to give the Dispatcher the type of activity observed and any description of the car and/or people observed. Motorists, use caution as there will be plenty of trick or treaters out and about.
