Halloween in Mariemont is tonight from 6pm to 8pm. The P.D. will have extra patrols for added safety. 
Halloween will be observed in the village tonight from 6-8pm.
The Police Department would like to offer some suggestions for a safe Halloween.
1. Accompany your children when they go out trick or treating.
2. Stay in your own neighborhood so you know the families your children are receiving treats from.
3. Advise your children not to eat or handle any treats until they are back at home and everything has been examined by an adult.
4. Residents are encouraged to give out only treats wrapped by the manufacturer.
5. Costumes and shoes should fit well to prevent trips and falls.
6. Call the police IMMEDIATELY if anything appears to have been tampered with or otherwise does not look right.
The Police Department will have extra officers on duty to assist children and parents in anyway possible. HAVE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE HALLOWEEN!
