Ridgefield Park Police: Updated Storm Information
The Village remains under a state of emergency. The sunset curfew remains in effect for all people under the age of 18.
We still do not have any reliable information from PSEG about the restoration of power.
The Village IGA is working under generator power and is open from 7am to 7pm. They do not have any perishable items at this time, but they do have produce, water, bread, canned items, etc. available.
The Presidential Election will take place on Tuesday, November 6 at the usual polling places. The polling at the Municipal Building will take place in the garage of the police department on the Park Street side of the building.
Quarterly tax payment deadline has been extended through 11/16.
Gas stations in the Village are still without power. Those residents traveling outside the Village for fuel are reminded that the Odd/Even system is not in effect.
The phone system at the OEM office is sporadic and calls may not go through.
The DPW will continue to pick up debris from the curb.
There is a food and clothing drive at the Ridgefield Park High School to benefit the residents of the Village from 10am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday 11/3 & 11/4
