Lake Lure Resident Arrested on Four Felony Charges
On November 5, 2012, Lieutenant Sean Humphries charged Stephanie Denise Skipper, age 42, with four felonies, two of which were Fraud-Obtaining Money/Property by False Pretense and two were for Identity Theft.
Ms. Skipper who was employed at two local businesses, allegedly secured credit card information and used it illegally.
Ms. Skipper received a secured bond of $6000.00 for these charges.
