Narrative:
On November 13, 2012 at 7:30 am, Fillmore Police patrol units were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Island View Street in the city of Fillmore. Patrol deputies contacted the two occupants in the vehicle who were drinking beer and had marijuana in plain view.
The deputies searched the vehicle and discovered approximately 12 pounds of marijuana. Moreno and Burgin were arrested for the following charges: 182(a)(1) PC (Conspiracy), 11359 H&S (Possession for Sale of Marijuana) and 11360 H&S (Transportation of Marijuana). Moreno and Burgin were booked into the Ventura County Jail and bail set at $20,000.
