Winter parking restrictions begin today 11/15 thru 3/31/13. No Parking on any City Street from 3 to 6 a.m. daily. 
Ripon City Ordinance prohibits parking on any City Street from 11/15 to 3/31/2013 between the hours of 3 am and 6 a.m. daily. This ordinance is enforced routinely so that snow removal, when it must occur, can be done efficiently by City of Ripon Public Works crews.
Violations result in the issuance of a $20 parking citation.
We thank all City residents and guests for voluntarily complying with this ordinance. Signs displaying the Parking restrictions are posted at all entrance points to the City of Ripon, as required by State Law.
