Please be advised that Hollenbeck Community Police Detectives are actively investigating a kidnap that occurred on 11-12-12 @ 7:50 p.m. @ the El Sereno Park (2660 Ruth Swiggett Drive).
It was reported that the suspect grabbed the victim by the hair, forcefully pulled her across the baseball field and carried her up the hillside. The victim and suspect have not been identified. Composites of both have been included in this message.
The victim is described as follows:
*Female, Hispanic
*14-16 yrs' old
*5'2 tall
*130 lbs
*Dark complexion
*Average build
*Short hair or pulled backed back
The suspect is described as follows:
*Male, Hispanic
*18-20 yrs' old
*6'0 tall
*150-160 lbs
*Medium complexion
*Slender build
