On 11-19-12, at approximately 08:20AM, an AEPD unit was dispatched to a business on East College Avenue (2700 block) in reference to a possible burglary.
Upon arrival and initial investigation, it was determined that unknown persons had broken out a front plate glass window and entered the business. During the incident, the subject stole a number of consumable items which had an undetermined value at the time of the report.
Time period of the incident estimated to be 11-18-12 @ 6:00PM to 11-19-12 @ 8:00AM.
AEPD Investigations was called to the location to process the crime scene. During the processing of the scene, it was determined that a subject arrested earlier in the morning for Loitering and Prowling was the same subject responsible for the earlier burglary.
An arrest was made and with further possible warrants pending.
